Delete your CalledIt account
You can permanently delete your CalledIt account and all associated data (profile, predictions, group memberships, and any groups you created) at any time. This action is irreversible.
In the app or on the web
Sign in, open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account under the Danger Zone. You'll be asked to type a confirmation word before the deletion is final.
Sign in to delete your accountIf you cannot sign in
Email support@calledit.co from the email address tied to your account. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email, display name, and profile preferences
- All match and tournament predictions you have made
- Your memberships in friend groups
- Groups you created (along with their data — other members lose access)
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences
- Activity feed entries and reactions you authored
What we keep
Aggregated, anonymous analytics (page-view counts) that cannot be tied back to you. We do not retain personally identifiable information after deletion.
